It's more of a syntax issue here folks than one specific word. My brain is a bit frazzled and I can't get my syntax right.
If anyone can help it'd be appreciated. Or at least tell me if I've misunderstood the sentence. (I've put my rather awful translation of it below)
Sie verfügt über spezielle Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen der relevanten Prozesse und des Produktes welche für die Anforderungen durch das RABC-System gestellt werden.
The members have special knowledge and experience of the relevant processes and products which will be created for the requests through the RABC system.

You confused "sie" with "Sie". (she with they) Your syntax is correct but the subject must be SHE in english.

Though I would have preferred to start with "She possesses.....", because that is what it states. But then, you have pointed out it refers to a group, and hence I will go with it.
