Comment traduiriez-vous "tombe de decoupe" en anglais? Je traduis un manuel de spécifications automotives, dans lequel se trouve ces mots, sans aucun accent. Mot à mot, cela n'a aucun sens, et je ne le trouve pas dans aucun dictionnaire technique non plus (j'en ai regardé cinq).
Le terme provient de Belgique. Il est situé sur un schéma avec les termes suivants, dont notre terme "mystérieux" est l'en-tête:
Face appui lampe - lamp support side
Face appui boitier - casing support side
Sens de découpage (j'ai ajouté l'accent) - cutting direction
La mesure est prise obligatoirement au niveau de la section "e" - The measurement must be taken level with section "E"

I have a glossary supplied by a client (carmaker) which gives "cut-out dropped edge" for "tombée de découpe". Whether the extra 'e' is correct is arguable given that it is referring to a "bord tombé". A definition of "dropped edge" is given in the link below.
You may find other translations for "bord tombé" (necking, flanging...) which may be valid in your case.
