Esse é um raro caso em que o Português pode ser mais sucinto do que o Inglês. "conector de juntas " é pleonastico. Basta dizer uma conexão.

This product consists of the two-cavity structured endobronchial blocker tube (the main cavity for the separated lung ventilation and the secondary cavity for the inflation/deflation of the cuff) and the ***joint connector*** connecting and fixing the endobronchial blocker to the endotracheal tube.
I've found the expression "conector associado" in a document concerning ventilation of the separated lung and it matches the same context that I have.
