off 确有开始的意味， 如SET OFF， KICK OFF， ETC。因此，应为侦测到 pacer pulse 就开始闪动.闪动就是ON/OFF的快速交替, blink本身就有此意思。因此OFF应为开始。闪动的目的是给操作者的提示， 此时操作者should do sth, otherwise it will keep blinking.
