Ernst suggests 'slip lid' and although most of the Google hits refer to to lids on cans I think the same principle applies to cardboard boxes. I'm more or less guessing with 'base'.

Stülpdeckel is a cardboard lid on a box that you can lift off, instead of using integrated flaps that you fold into each other to form the lid and close the box. Hope that gives you a lead.
