Your base Quotation must be submitted as per specifications in RFQ. Deviations to the specifications may be offered only as an alternate to the base bid. All deviations, exceptions and exclusions are to be listed on a separate sheet. Bids are to be submitted in 2 parts, technical bids along with commercial bids in a separate sealed envelope. Sealed commercials bids will not be opened until vendor is deemed technically acceptable. If vendor is not technically acceptable then his technical bid and unopened commercial bid will be returned and the quote will be disqualified.

less formal: “cordially invite(s) you to”

2. Содержащее все существенные условия договора предложение, из которого усматривается воля лица, делающего предложение, заключить договор на указанных в предложении условиях с любым, кто отзовется, признается офертой (публичная оферта).
