German term

PG-Version

German to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks
"7 Reserveeingänge in *PG-Version* mit farbigen Dichtstopfen für verschiedene Kabeldurchmesser"

This is from a spec. for an electrical junction box used in truck lighting systems.

It may refer to the hazard zone type approval, but then again, it might not.

Many thanks for any suggestions.

PG version

PG (pr Pg) stands for 'Panzergewinde' (or more fully 'Stahlpanzergewinde') and refers to a standard for threaded conduit fittings. IMO it can be left as is.
