'Nakertaja' is a (usually pneumatic) tool that cut metal sheet by small pieces. The English equivalent was difficult to find. On the first reference site you find the picture of 'nakertaja' and on the second the picture of 'Air nibbler' and, hurray, they seem to be identical twins!
