tu: mieszanina metali

miszmetal
Zasadniczo, okre¶lenie to tłumaczy się "miszmetal" Miszmetal to stop zawieraj±cy metale ziem rzadkich (przykład: http://www.gemi.com.pl/oferta_2.html).
Jednak z kontekstu wynikałoby, że okre¶lenia "misch metal" użyto w tym wypadku jako "stop" lub "mieszanina". Moim zdaniem, albo podany kontekst jest niepełny, albo jest to bł±d w oryginale.

Additional help.
The phrase "misch metal" is not regular or natural English and would not be understood by many readers. We don't use the word "misch" in English. Try this instead: "Steel is an alloy i.e. a "mixed" metal which is created by melting (combining) several different materials together. Today (Nowadays) there are more than 2,500 standard types of steel, worldwide. All of them consist mainly (chiefly) of "pig iron" which, in turn, consists of (is comprised of) the element iron and more than 3% carbon content". Please notice that in the last sentence you should use "than" rather than "then". Also, I have provided you with alternatives, every word or phrase in parentheses can be substituted for the word or phrase immediately before the parentheses so now you have some extra choices. HTH.
