This word has a number of meanings, but it is not exactly clear to me how it functions in the following sentence:
Tevens is op 18 februari 2002 (2) een wijziging van de IPRregeling goedgekeurd waardoor deze regeling van toepassing is geworden voor de sectoren die in bijlage I bij het Verdrag genoemde landbouwproducten verwerken en afzetten.
