Passt hier mE besser. "Richtlinien" hat viele Bedeutungen und kann verwirrend sein.

: Sehe ich ähnlich. Richtlinie ist für mich inzwischen EU-besetzt, deshalb heißt es vermutlich hier auch guidance und nicht directive

das "draft" ist hier ja klein geschrieben ... die Guidance Notes sind Richtlinienvermerke.
