Sorry for not answering before. I didn't work yesterday.
This expression usually refers to the employees' individual accounts but in the text is mentioned as part of a bank's description of services for employers. So I'm not quite sure... Still, I think it refers to the individual deposit of each employee's salary.
I would not use salary account since in the US it is generally used in accounting and it is only used with this meaning in Non-English speaking countries (as you can see from David and Louisa's references)
Margarita is right about payroll accounts since they are mostly used by companies to manage payroll.
But Direct deposit accounts are not used for payroll purposes only. Check this out:
Direct deposit is a process where someone who is going to be paid on a recurring basis, such as an employee, or a recipient of a government entitlement or benefit program such as social security is sent the payment owed to them into their checking or savings account.

So I would combine both Payroll and Direct Debit. But I'm not sure whether it would be DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYROLL ACCOUNT or PAYROLL DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT. There are similar hits for both. Or simply DIRECT PAYROLL ACCOUNT.

hmm, I disagreed with Xenia but now I am now sure... they deposit the individual salaries of each employee, or just the whole lump sum for paying their staff?
