Not sure at all if I have got the sense of it. I assume options means in the computer context, so a literal translation would be free of/exempt from dismantling/removal.

I think "rückbaufähig" is meant here (i.e. rückbau*frei* in the sense of leaving you the freedom of choice). At least that would make sense, as it means that those options can be dismanteled in such a way that everything looks (and works) as before the installation.
