This is not a bird (i.e. the stork). Nor do I think it is the handle or a winch. Is a vehicle used on railroad. Called push-car in british english but I think it is different in american eng. Is it the thing that used to be used manually on the railroad in the olden days with two people pushing up and down see-saw style to locomote (think charlie chaplin movies). can´t remember word in english
