si, EN-ES tal vez no supieron darme la versin ES
marybro May 25, 2005:
En > ES?
Non-ProZ.com May 25, 2005:
... es que ya traduje band como banda elstica, estoy preguntando de nuevo para ver si me confirman que es un error..
Rebecca Hendry May 25, 2005:
Creo que puede ser una errata - en vez de "bund" debera ser "band", y se refiere a la banda elstica en la parte alta del calcetn.

low-cut (x-cross) bandage

http://www.x-socks.com/buy.php?cat=22&area=75

I believe this is the product you are describing, and have found some English pages about it. The x-socks inliners are described as follows:
The Ideal Summer Sock! Wearing shoes without socks may be fashionable, but it is not always very comfortable or practical. X-Socks® Inliner is the perfect alternative. A climate-regulating sock, soft and comfortable and yet virtually "invisible," it is similar to a shoe's lining. But there's a crucial difference: The X-Socks® Inliners are washable and hygienic. The Low-Cut X-Cross® Bandage gives the feet support and stability. A climate zone of fine mesh knit incorporated into the anatomically-shaped footbed supports air circulation. Toe pads and the reinforced heel work against friction and pressure. In addition, newly-developed compound yarns regulate moisture and temperature.

So I would probably say they mean low-cut bandage, or the whole phrase "low-cut x-cross bandage"

hope that helps
