exhordio - manifestaciones - (o nada)
"Witneeseth" es el título del conjunto de claúsulas contractuales que sigue a la incicial. También se llaman "preliminary considerations".
Si bien sería testificar, en un contrato se traduce por el título que se le da a estas cláusulas en castellano, o sea, exhordio o manifestaciones.
Por lo que veo es la típica forma de contrato. Witneeseth...

También se puede deajr sin traducir.
Soy abogada además de traductora pública, además docente. Estoy segura de las estructuras contractuales en ambos idiomas.
Si bien sería testificar, en un contrato se traduce por el título que se le da a estas cláusulas en castellano, o sea, exhordio o manifestaciones.

Normalmente lo he visto como \"Considerando:\" y para luego las cláusulas siguientes que vienen introducidas por \"Whereas...\", se coloca \"Que...\".
Además creo que tienes un error en la ortografía, debería ser \"witnesseth\" con una sola \"n\" y dos \"s\".
