Badly written Possible rewrite: The treatment would try to prevent, or slow down, the rate of decline to that of normal ageing. I would then explain that the treatment works by opening up the fallopian tubes and improving exercise and muscle tone, as much as possible.

Essa es la traducion obtenida en el dicionario, pero parece que tiene algo a ver con tubos para uso humano. Io, por ejemplo, uso en mi assento una especie de almoada denominada "egg sieat", que es hecho de latex y tiene la forma de un panal de abejas. Puede ser que sea algo assi. Não se qual es el contexto.
