KPIs are on a 3-month rolling basis where used as a lead indicator and 12-month rolling basis where used as a lag indicator
1. SEVERE ACCIDENTS
Fatality, permanent injury and accident resulting in hospitalization of more than 1 person, toxic emission, any fire or explosion, major spill or chemical release. Incidents involving 1 or more person count as 1 Severe Accident. Excludes accidents occurring during normal commuting to and from work.
