Dutch term
in graad van beroep
Dutch to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
A term used in a Belgian court regarding a civil action between two parties.
..het werd deels “in graad van beroep” door partij ABC aanvaard.
In the context of a particular issue being presented to the court, this comment is used. Is there an "offical legal term" which covers it in English?

in degree of appeal
I'm not sure if my suggestion is an "official legal term", but from what I understand, the whole phrase reads as "It would be partly accepted in degree of appeal by party ABC".
