I work as an Account Manager in Transfective Language Services. My role consists in: 

• Establishing strong and productive relationships with clients and ensuring their requirements are being handled adequately.

• Acting as a bridge between clients and the internal teams.

• Ensuring that the clients' queries are addressed promptly.

• Arranging for client meetings and meeting with existing clients on regular basis.

• Preparing quotation, assigning tasks to production teams and making sure quality of work is up to mark.

   I'm also a freelance English <> Spanish translator, with my main areas of expertise being anatomy and biomechanics.
