I am DPSI qualified and experience Interpreter working as a freelance face to face Interpreter on a contractual basis for those people who do not speak or understand English. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and currently on the National Register of Public Service Interpreters. I have many years of experience in formal and informal Interpreting and Translating in the Public Sector. I have experience in translating in various places such as Crown Courts, Magistrates Courts, County Courts, Family Proceedings Court, Bradford Tribunal Centre, with Asylum seekers, HM Prison, Probation Services, Housing, Health Visitors, Doctors Surgery, Dental appointments, Medical Examination Centres, Cafcass, Solicitor’s Offices, Hospitals, Psychologist, Children’s Social Care, Bradford Social Services, Children’s Speech Therapist, Job Centre Plus , Insurance Claims Investigations, HMRC, Child Benefit Office, Child Maintenance Option Office, City Council, Applying for National Insurance Number, Fraud Investigation, Crisis loan, Benefits, Claiming Job Seekers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Pregnancy grant, DWP (Pension Service),UK Border Agency (Detention centre, UK Immigration Service) Class Rooms and Private Addresses etc. I also Translate Bengali & Urdu Marriage Certificates in to English. Translating in Urdu, Bengali (Sylheti) and Arabic on a daily basis in the J.K.N Institute in Bradford. I also have experience in Telephone Interpreting and Transcribing.
