I was born in Belgium (Flemish speaking part), but moved to Spain when I was around 14, where I attended a British International School. From there on went to the UK and completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management Science with French taking courses such as (Advanced Operations Research, Advanced Mathematics and Statistics, Production and Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, Heuristics, Analysis and Design of Information Systems, Marketing Models, International Business Transactions and International Trade Law) .

I have now been living in Mexico City for the past 9 years where I have worked in management consulting (AT Kearney) and other international companies, such as the Dow Chemical Company (Divisional Credit Manager for Central America), GM (Marketing Manager) and Nissan (Fleet Director). Due to the nature of my jobs as well as my language abilities, I have always been the one to travel, do presentations and do "in-house" translations and interpretations.

Since I have become a full-time freelance translator (3 years ago), I have translated the following, amongst others:
