Bio

I´m a reliable and organized translator with 17 years of experience. I have a BA in English and translation from the University of Oslo, an IT degree from IT Akademiet and a Master of Science in Marketing from Herriot-Watt Business School. I have a lot of experience in IT, tech, all things digital, marketing and e-commerce. I have also worked with subtitling for many years.

While I was studying, I worked as a translator for a company working with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) controllers. When I had finished my studies, I started working as an in-house translator for Ricoh Norway. I worked here for a year, left after the end of my contract, and started working for SDL Norway. After 4 months at SDL, I was headhuntet back to Ricoh, and started working there as an in-house Language Specialist. After Ricoh, I have not worked as a translator full-time, but I have always worked freelance in addition to other full-time jobs, for example with subtitling for Captions Inc.
