Source text - Russian Производственная структура K. представлена производственными подразделениями:
основные - цехи №1, №2, №3, №4;
вспомогательные - ремонтно-механический цех; бюро инструментального хозяйства; участки паросиловой, вентиляционный, сантехнический;
обслуживающие - транспортный цех и склады.
Цехи №1, №3 и №4 имеют предметную специализацию в соответствии с выпускаемыми продуктами.
Цех №1, специализирующийся на изготовлении мягкой мебели и дверей, имеет сборочный участок мягкой мебели, заготовительные и обрабатывающие участки: лесозаготовительный, сушильный, механической обработки, раскроя ткани и настилочных материалов.
Цех №3, специализирующийся на изготовлении корпусной мебели, имеет сборочный участок корпусной мебели и обрабатывающие участки: повторной машинной обработки и отделки.
Цех №4 специализируется на изготовлении спецзаказов.
Цех №2 имеет только технологическую специализацию. В его состав входят заготовительный и обрабатывающие участки: раскроя плитных материалов, набора облицовок и клеильно-облицовочный.
Учитывая, что тип производства единичный и мелкосерийный, на предприятии сложился непоточный (пооперационный) метод организации производства, когда производственное оборудование в основном сгруппировано по участкам по технологическому признаку выполняемой работы, что и обусловило существование имеющейся производственной структуры.
Схема организации производственного процесса (рабоче-технологические связи между основными производственными подразделениями) представлена на Рис. 2.
Согласно схеме детали, полуфабрикаты корпусной мебели из цеха №2 поступают в цех №3, где завершается процесс изготовления мебели, которая затем идет на склад готовой продукции. В тоже время, цех №1 где изготавливается мягкая мебель и двери также пользуется услугами цеха №2 в части выполнения клеильно-облицовочных работ. Таким образом, при существующей организации технологического процесса цехи №1, №2 и №3 существовать автономно не могут: степень их кооперации велика. В тоже время цех спецзаказов №4 является цехом, который работает по замкнутому технологическому циклу, а значит может быть безболезненно (при необходимости) выделен из производственной структуры предприятия.
Translation - English K.'s industrial structure is presented by the following organisation departments:
main - Workshops 1, 2, 3, 4;
auxiliary - engineering/repair shop; tool farm bureau; steam power, ventilation, plumbing sections;
service - shipping department and storage facilities.
Workshops 1, 3 and 4 have subject specialization in accordance with the products released.
Workshop 1 which specializes in making upholstered furniture and doors, has an assembly lot, a upholstered furniture section, blank production and manufacturing lots: logging, drying, machining, cloth/decking cutting.
Workshop 3 which specializes in making cabinet furniture, has a cabinet furniture assembly lot and manufacturing sections: remachining and finishing.
Workshop 4 specializes in carrying out special orders.
Workshop 2 has manufacturing specialisation only. It comprises blank production and manufacturing sections: plate materials cutting, cladding selection and gluing/casing sections.
Taking into account that the production is of sporadic and short-run type, the enterprise has adopted a non-flow-production (paced) process of production organisation, when the equipment facilities are largely grouped in sections by a process principle, which has stipulated for the existing industrial structure.
The diagram demonstrating the organisation of production process (work-technological links between the principal organisation departments) is presented in Fig. 17.
As shown in the diagram, cabinet furniture semi-products from Workshop 2 move to Workshop 3, where the process of making furniture ends, the furniture then going to the warehouse. Simultaneously, Workshop 1, where upholstered furniture and doors are made, also uses Workshop 2's services in the part of gluing-facing. Thus, considering the existing organisation of production process, Workshops 1, 2, and 3 cannot exist autonomously: their degree of co-operation is high. Simultaneously, the special orders workshop No.4 is a house that functions in a closed technological cycle; hence it may be (if necessary) smoothly singled out from the company's industrial structure.

Source text - Ukrainian . ПРАВА ТА ОБОВ"ЯЗКИ ТОВАРИСТВА ТА ЙОГО УЧАСНИКІВ
7.1. Учасники Товариства мають право:
7.1.1. Брати участь в управлінні справами Товариства.
7.1.2. Отримувати дивіденди від діяльності Товариства.
7.1.3. Отримувати повну інформацію про діяльність Товариства, знайомитись з даними бухгалтерського обліку, звітності та іншою документацією.
7.1.4. На отримання чистого прибутку Товариства.
7.1.5. Бути Учасниками або співробітниками інших Товариств, державних, спільних, малих, та інших підприємств з будь-якими формами власності, якщо це не завдає виробничих, або комерційних збитків даному Товариству.
7.2. Учасники Товариства зобов'язані:
7.2.1. Дотримуватись установчих документів Товариства, виконувати рішення зборів Учасників.
7.2.2. Виконувати свої зобов'язання перед Товариством.
7.2.3. Не розголошувати комерційну таємницю та конфіденційну інформацію про діяльність Товариства.
7.3. Для виконання завдань та досягнення цілей, передбачених Статутом, Товариство має право:
7.3.1. Від свого імені укладати угоди, (договори, контракти), в тому числі угоди купівлі-продажу, міни (бартеру), підряду, оренди, схову, доручення, набувати майнові та особисті немайнові права, виступати позивачем та відповідачем у суді, господарському та третейському суді, здійснювати інші дії, що не суперечать чинному законодавству України.
7.3.2. Страхувати власне майно.
7.3.3. Створювати на території України та за її межами філії, представництва, засновувати в установленому порядку свої підприємства та брати участь у заснуванні та діяльності спільних підприємств, господарських товариств і об'єднань, в тому числі спільно з іноземними особами.
7.3.4. Самостійно встановлювати ціни на товари, роботи та послуги, що реалізуються, виконуються та надаються Товариством.
7.3.5. Направляти, в тому числі і за кордон, у відрядження для стажування і на перепідготовку фахівців для навчання і ознайомлення з досвідом організації діяльності фірм, брати участь у переговорах, встановлювати ділові контакти.
7.3.6. Залучати для виконання робіт (надання послуг) фахівців, в тому числі й іноземних, на підставі договору підряду, доручення, трудових угод та інших договорів з оплатою праці за домовленістю сторін.
7.3.7. Відраховувати кошти на будівництво житла, об'єктів соціально-культурного і побутового призначення для Учасників і працівників Товариства.
7.3.8. Приймати на роботу працівників на умовах договорів (контрактів), самостійно встановлювати для своїх працівників додаткові відпустки та інші пільги, не заборонені діючим законодавством України.
7.3.9. Отримувати позику від Учасників та інших фізичних та юридичних осіб у встановленому законодавством України порядку.
7.3.10. Надавати безпроцентні позики та позички працівникам та Учасникам у порядку, передбаченому чинним законодавством.
7.3.11. Товариство може також здійснювати й інші права, що не заборонені чинним законодавством України.
7.4. Товариство зобов'язане:
7.4.1. Забезпечувати безпеку виробництва, санітарно-гігієнічні норми і вимоги щодо захисту здоров'я працівників, населення і споживачів продукції.
7.4.2. Виконувати інші обов'язки, передбачені чинним законодавством України.
Translation - English 7. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY AND ITS PARTICIPANTS
7.1. The Company's Participants are entitled to:
7.1.1 Take part in business-managing the Company.
7.1.2 Receive dividends from the Company's activity.
7.1.3 Receive full information on the Company's activity, review book records, accounting data and other documentation.
7.1.4 Get the Company's clear profits.
7.1.5 Participate or co-operate with other Companies, state, joint, small and other enterprises of any form of proprietorship unless this inflicts production or commercial losses on the given Company.
7.2. The Company's Participants must:
7.2.1. Adhere to the Company's constituent documents, comply with decisions of the Participants' meetings.
7.2.2. Fulfil their obligations to the Company.
7.2.3. Not divulge the commercial secrets and confidential information about the Company's activity.
7. 3. To carry out tasks and achieve aims stipulated in the Charter, the Company is entitled to:
7.3.1. On its own behalf enter into agreements (contracts), including agreements of sale and purchase, swapping (barter), contract, lease, storage, power of attorney, acquire property and personal non-property rights, act as plaintiff or defendant in court, commercial and arbitration court, carry out other activities in keeping with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.3.2. Insure its property.
7.3.3. Create on the territory of Ukraine and outside subsidiaries, representative offices, establish in due procedure its enterprises and take part in establishing and activity of joint enterprises, economical societies and associations, also jointly with foreign persons.
7.3.4. Independently fix prices for the goods, works and services realised, executed and provided by the Company.
7.3.5. Send (also abroad) specialists for probation and retraining on business trips to be taught and shown the firms' experience of organisation of activity, take part in negotiations, establish business contacts.
7.3.6. Invite specialists (also foreign ones) to execute works (provide services) on the basis of agreements of contract, power of attorney, labour agreements and other agreements with the wages subject to be agreed upon by the parties.
7.3.7. Calculate costs of building housing, facilities of social-cultural and everyday use for the Participants and employees of the Company.
7.3.8. Employ workers on the basis of agreements (contracts), independently assign for its workers additional leaves of absence and other privileges not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.3.9. Get loans from the Participants and other physical and legal bodies in due order established by the legislation of Ukraine.
7.3.10. Give interest free loans to the employees and Participants in due order stipulated in the current legislation.
7.3.11. The Company may also exercise other rights which are not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.4. The Company must:
7.4.1. Ensure fulfilment of production safety, sanitary norms and requirements to health protection of the employees, population and consumers.
7.4.2. Fulfil other obligations stipulated in the current legislation of Ukraine.
