Source text - Arabic فوائد الطبخ بالفخار :
ا- إنضاج الطعام كالخضار واللحوم بنصف المدة التي تحتاجها في الأواني الأخرى، وبفضل غطائه الثقيل يكون الفخار مشابهة لقدر الضغط.
٢- الحفاظ على نكهة وطعم الخضار وكأنه ناضج نصف نضوج فقط، بالإضافة إلى حفاظه على لونه الطبيعي
٣- احتفاظ الضار بشكلها وقوامها شبه المتماسك وعدم اهترائها كما يحدث في القدور الأخرى.
٤- إعداد أطعمة صحية بسبب عدم الحاجة للدهون والزيوت الإضافية في الطهي، فهي تعتمد على البخار بشكل كبير وبالتالي كمية أقل من السعرات الحرارية في الوجبات.
٥- حفظ العناصر الغذائية المهمة والفيتامينات الموجودة في الطعام؛ لانها لا تحتاج إلى مدة زمنية طويلة أثناء الطهي.
٦- عدم إفراز الفخار واد سامة وخطيرة جراء تعرضه للحرارة، فهو مصنوع من مواد صحية وطبيعية بشكل كامل.
طريقة تحضير الطاجين المغربي قبل الطهي وكيفية استخدامة:
أولا : يغمر الطاجن بكامله في ماء الصنبور لمدة لا تقل عن 24 ساعه ، ثم يترك ليجف . ثانيا : عند الاستخدام لاول مره يتم دهن الطاجين بزيت الطهي من الداخل والخارج ويتم ترکه ليتشرب بالزيت مدة يوم كامل . ثالثا : ممكن استخدامه على النار أو بداخل الفرن ، وعند الطبخ يتم وضعه على نار هادئة أو متوسطة الحرارة و يتم تغطية الفخار بغطائه الخاص . رابعا : احرصي على عدم وضع الطاجين على الأسطح الباردة أو أجزاء النايلون بشكل مباشر ، يفضل وضع عازل بينة وبين أي سطح أخر. رابعا : احرصي على عدم وضع الطاجين على الأسطح الباردة أو أجزاء النايلون بشكل مباشر ، يفضل وضع عازل بينة وبين أي سطح أخر

Translation - English The advantages of cooking with casserole:

need a long period of time while cooking.
6. It doesn't produce any kind of dangerous and poisonous materials,
it's completely made up of natural and healthy materials.
Preparation & instructions of use before cooking:
First, fill the whole Tagine with water, keep it at least 24 hours, then it left to dry. Second, with the first use, The Tagine must be greased with any kind of cooking oil, then it left aside for one day to make The Tagine absorbs the oil inside. Third, it can be used directly on the stove or inside the oven. While cooking you must put it in a low-medium heat and it should be covered with its own lid. Avoid direct contact with cold surfaces or Nylon parts while Tagine is hot, it's better to use an insulator between the Tagine and any other kind of surfaces.
