Non-exhaustion of domestic remedies
1. According to the case-law of the Strasbourg authorities, the rule on the exhaustion of domestic remedies is satisfied when the complaint stated in the application with the European Court (and previously with the Commission) has already been filed with the domestic courts: "The respondent state must have the opportunity to resolve the alleged violation of the individual using its own means and within the frames of its domestic legal system" (X. v. Germany, Decisions and Reports 3, (1976), pg. 57). The purpose of Article 35 of the Convention is to provide the national authorities with the opportunity to prevent or remedy an alleged violation of the Convention (Hentrich v. France ruling of 22 September 1994, Series A-96A, § 33; Van Oosterwijck v. Belgium ruling of 6 November 1980, Series A-40, § 39). That article prescribes that complaints to the Court (before, the Commission) must first be lodged, in substance, with national courts up to the highest possible level of jurisdiction (Cardot v. France ruling of 19 March 1991, Series A-200, § 32).

Translation - Serbian Neicrpljenst domaćih pravnih lekova
1. Prema pravu sudskih precedenata strazburških vlasti, pravilo o iscrpljenosti domaćih pravnih lekova je zadvoljeno kada je tužba navedena u predstavci Evropskom sudu (a ranije Komsiji) već podneta pred domaćim sudovima:,,Tužena država mora imati priliku da reši navodnu povredu ličnosti koristeći sopstvena sredstava i u okviru svog pravnog sistema“ (X protiv Nemačke, Odluke i izveštaji 3, (1976.), str. 57).

Source text - English Electrical substations
A substation is a part of an electrical generation, transmission, and distribution system. Substations transform voltage from high to low, or the reverse, or perform any of several other important functions.
Substations generally have switching, protection and control equipment, and transformers. In a large substation, circuit breakers are used to interrupt any short circuits or overload currents that may occur on the network.
Substations may be on the surface in fenced enclosures, underground, or located in special-purpose buildings. High-rise buildings may have several indoor substations.
Indoor substations are usually found in urban areas to reduce the noise from the transformers, for reasons of appearance, or to protect switchgear from extreme climate or pollution conditions.
The most common types of substations are transmission and distribution substations.
Switching substation
A switching substation is a substation without transformers and operating only at a single voltage level.
A switching substation may also be known as a switchyard, and there are commonly located directly adjacent to or nearby a power station. In this case the generators from the power station supply their power into the yard onto the Generator Bus on one side of the yard, and the transmission lines take their power from a Feeder Bus on the other side of the yard.

Translation - Serbian Trafostanice
Trafostanice obično imaju razvodnu, zaštitnu i upravljačku opremu i transformatore.

Association of Scientific and Technical Translators of Serbia
I have started translating while still at University. After graduating from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade I began working as a freelance translator and interpreter. My predominant working languages are English and Serbian but I work with Spanish as well.
After completing a one-year training seminar organized by the Association of Scientific and Technical Translators of Serbia, I became their proud member.
I am a trained professional who strives to provide top quality translation ahead set deadlines. Thus far, I translated various contacts, business reports, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, invoices, diplomas, certificates, energy efficiency reports, risk assessments, user manuals, checklists for factory inspections, marketing texts, CVs and cover letter, educations texts, and an entire website www.redpaddleco.rs. CAT tools I use are SDL Trados and MemoQ but I am familiar with online CAT tools like SmartCAT, as well.
After completing an interpreting course organized by Insitute Cervantes in Belgrade, I have been interpreting simultaneously at conferences and consecutively at business meetings.
