2. Commercial payment terms and conditions
2.1 All fee amounts mentioned in this Contract is quoted as an annual fee per building and Branch. The
values are as agreed and listed by annexure in the Contract and payable in Egyptian pounds. (EGP)
2.2 The CONTRACTOR will invoice, and present to CIB with an original signed and sealed invoice in a
hard copy format.
2.3 The fee account shall be presented on the 5th day of the month, following the month of services
provision, and will, inter alia include the following documents:
2.3.1 A list of the handed over branches and the suspended branches during the running month.
2.3.2 Save for the above mentioned maintenance activities, all additional non-core services (i.e.
spare parts, Diesel fuel, oil and lubricants …etc.), if carried out by the CONTRACTOR during the
maintenance activities, will be approved by CIB and will be billed separately on a monthly basis.
2.4 All payments made under this Contract shall be according to the contractually agreed payment terms,
which are 15 days from the receipt of approved invoices and service rendered.
2.5- The terms and conditions of this Contract will be applied in full on all types of works and services,
performed by the CONTRACTOR whether it is carried out as part of the Contract’s main scope or as an
extra work.

2- شروط و أحكام التسديد التجارى
1-2جميع الرسوم المذكورة في هذا العقد هي مقتبسة كرسوم سنوية للبناية و الفرع. تم الموافقة على القيم و درجها بملحق في العقد وقابلة للدفع بالجنيه المصري.
2-2سيقوم المقاول بإعداد الفاتورة، والتقديم للبنك التجاري الدولي مع فاتورة أصلية موقَعة ومختومة في صيغة نسخة مطبوعة.
3-2إن حساب الرسوم يجب أن يُقَدم في الخامس من الشهر، الذي يلي شهر توفير الخدمات، و من بين أشياء أخرى سوف تتضمن الأوراق التالية:
3-2-1 احفظ لنشاطات الصيانة المذكورة أعلاه، جميع الخدمات الإضافية الغير أساسية (قطع غيار، وقود ديزل، زيت و زيوت التشحيم ... الخ)، لو قام المقاول بتنفيذ الأمر خلال نشاطات الصيانة، سيتم اعتمادها بوساطة البنك التجاري الدولي وسوف يتم المحاسبة منفصلاً على أساس شهري.
2-4 جميع المدفوعات التي تمت بهذا العقد يجب أن يكون بناءً على شروط الدفع المتفق عليها تعاقدياً، التي هي 15 يوماً من إيصال الفواتير المعتمدة و الخدمة المقدمة.
2-5 إن أحكام وشروط هذا العقد سيتم تطبيقها بالكامل على جميع أنواع الأعمال والخدمات، تم تنفيذها من قِبَل المقاول سواء نُفذّت كجزء من المقدار الأساسي للمتعاقد أو كعمل إضافي.
