Předmětem právního zastoupení je předně výzva k úhradě dlužné částky, kterou za Vámi eviduje náš klient, se kterou souvisí smírné řešení vzniklého sporu, který vznikl mezi Vámi a naším klientem a následně v případě, že nedojde k dobrovolnému splnění Vašeho závazku, pak podání návrhu na vydání platebního rozkazu. Dovolím si na tomto místě shrnout vzniklý spor a navrhnout řešení, které by mělo za následek nenavyšování dalších nákladů a smírné řešení celé záležitosti. Dne 15.2.2010, jste s naším klientem uzavřeli dohodu o přistoupení k závazku, na jejímž základě jste se zavázali zaplatit za p......... škole cenu studia a poplatky s ním spojené, to vše v celkové výši 130.000,-Kč + DPH. Tento závazek jste však nesplnili, jelikož z vydané faktury č. ....... na částku 110.000,- Kč, splatné do 21.12.2012, jste do dnešního dne neuhradili celou část, avšak pouze 100.000,- Kč. Translation - English Dear sirs/madams, We take the liberty of informing you this way that our law office was requested with granting legal aid for the company .......(hereinafter referred to as "Client"). The matter of the legal representation is firstly an action call for the reimbursment of the outstanding sum, which is registered by our Client after you, which relates to the conciliatory solution of the incurred dispute, which came into existence between you and our Client, and subsequently in case that there would not occur voluntary fulfilment of your obligation on your part, thereafter filling a motion for issuing of a payment warrant. We take the liberty of summarizing the incurred dispute and proposing a solution of the entire matter.
