The aim of the research was to study the effect of XXX holograms on human cardiovascular system
(at rest and during physical load) and on general level of physical fitness, movement pattern quality
and dynamic stability.
Subjects: 10 females and 21 male were tested. Healthy, physical active subjects with no clinical signs of diseases have been tested. Professional sportsmen and very physical active (very fit) persons were excluded from the research.
Research type and details: double blind pilot study. Research was done in the Department of
Kinesiology and Sports Medicine of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. Each subject was
tested 2 times - wearing wristband with 2 XXX holograms A and wearing wristband with 2 XXX holograms B. One week interval was held between the testing in order to avoid the effect of previous testing. Testator and tested person weren’t able to know what kind of wristband he or she is wearing during the testing. Wristband differed only in colour (XXX A – blue, XXX B – orange). One set of the holograms was programmed, another – not. Holograms looked the same, with the same picture and the same size. We have glued 2 holograms to the elastic bands at tied the bands on the wrist of the subjects before testing. After the tests the elastic wristbands were tied off. Holograms were sent by the manufacturer.

Цель исследования. Изучение воздействия браслетов XXX на кардиоваскулярную систему человека (во время покоя и физической нагрузки) и общее физическое состояние, двигательный стереотип и динамическую стабильность.
Испытуемые. В ходе исследования было протестировано 10 женщин и 21 мужчина, здоровых, без клинических признаков заболеваний. Профессиональные спортсмены и люди с очень хорошей физической подготовкой участия в тестировании не принимали.
Тип исследования и детали. Двойное слепое пилотное исследование. Исследование проводилось в отделении Кинезиологии и спортивной медицины Литовского университета валеологии. Каждый испытуемый тестировался 2 раза – с браслетом, имеющим 2 голограммы XXX А, и с браслетом, имеющим 2 голограммы XXX В. Между тестированием был выдержан интервал в одну неделю, чтобы избежать влияния предыдущего теста. Тестирующий и тестируемый не знали о том, какой браслет одет на тестируемого во время процедуры. Браслеты отличались только по цвету (XXX A – синий, XXX B – оранжевый). Одна часть голограмм была запрограммирована, вторая – нет. Голограммы выглядели идентично, были одинакового размера с одинаковыми рисунками. Мы наклеили 2 голограммы на эластичные повязки, и перед тестированием привязали повязки к запястью испытуемых. После тестирования эластичные браслеты были сняты. Голограммы высылались производителем.

Distributor and Agent agree to defend and indemnify, save and hold harmless Acushnet and its successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and contractors, and the officers, directors and employees of each of them, from and against any damage, loss, claim, judgment or other liability or expense including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection therewith (“collectively, “Claims”) which may in any way arise out of or result from (i) the duties undertaken by Distributor and/or Agent hereunder or from any act or omission in connection with this Agreement by Distributor and/or Agent, their successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and contractors, or the officers, directors or employees of any of them, and (ii) (A) any misrepresentation in any advertising created, procured, or arranged by Distributor and/or Agent or their respective its successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and contractors, or the officers, directors or employees of any of them (the “Distributor Parties”), howsoever such misrepresentation may occur, or (B) any unauthorized use of the Products including any advertising which is not approved by Acushnet before it is used, circulated or displayed by any of the Distributor Parties. Acushnet reserves the right, without being required to do so, at its own expense and without waiver of any indemnity hereunder, to defend any claim, action or lawsuit coming within the purview of this indemnity provision.

Even an hour less sleep can affect your test scores the next day. And experts say if you want to maximise your revision, you should get some sleep as quickly as possible after you've done it. Catnap, anyone?
