Translation - English They are made from 7/10mm-thick pre-coated sheet-steel and feature a series of anchors regularly spaced along the vertical sides. Panels are anchored to the uprights to become part of the wall structure thanks to the fixing system that increases its static load-bearing capacity. Each panel is protected by a PVC film, removable after completing installation, and is faced internally with 12.5mm-thick plasterboard sheets.
Special customised modules can be created upon installation using vertical telescopic connection elements to enclose the adapted panel or by applying racks along the cut side.

Source text - English Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Supplier with weekly Forecasts of its requirements for Goods (“Forecast”), through a mutually agreed upon method of communication. Supplier shall notify Buyer of its inability to meet or any objection(s) to the Forecast no more than two (2) business days following receipt thereof by sending a Supplier pipeline report or via electronic communication (Forecast Commit), and confirm all supply commits for Goods within the established Goods lead time or thirteen (13) weeks, whichever is greater. Supplier’s response to Forecast will state: (a) Supplier’s concurrence with Buyer Forecast quantities and that Supplier has established a supply of Goods to meet Buyer’s forecasted quantities; or (b) identify any deficiencies in supply of the forecasted demand. Supplier’s failure to object or notify Buyer of its inability to meet the Forecast within such period of time shall be deemed an acceptance of the Forecast by Supplier. Based on weekly Forecast changes, the Supplier shall review its production starts and materials plan to minimize Buyer’s potential exposure to liability, if any. In the event Supplier fails to fulfil its responsibilities with regard to the accepted Forecast, Buyer shall be entitled to recover from Supplier any additional costs incurred in procuring items similar to the Goods on the open market including, but not limited to, the purchase price of the items, transportation, hub services, quality control costs and all other incidental damages and expenses attendant thereto.
Translation - Italian L’Acquirente impiegherà qualsivoglia ragionevole sforzo a livello commerciale al fine di fornire, con scadenza settimanale, al Fornitore le Previsioni relative al proprio fabbisogno di Beni (di seguito denominata "Previsione") utilizzando il metodo di comunicazione stabilito di comune accordo. Qualora il Fornitore sia impossibilitato a rispettare la suddetta Previsione ovvero intenda sollevare qualsivoglia obiezione in merito, ne darà comunicazione all’Acquirente entro due (2) giorni lavorativi dall’avvenuta ricezione della Previsione, a mezzo rapporto ovvero email (di seguito denominato “Rispetto della Previsione”). Il Fornitore rispetterà inoltre qualsivoglia impegno di fornitura di Beni entro i tempi di consegna previsti ovvero tredici (13) settimane, a seconda di quale sia il periodo maggiore. Il Fornitore risponderà alla Previsione specificando: (a) la propria conformità alle quantità previste nella Previsione dell'Acquirente e la quantità di Beni dallo stesso stabilita al fine di rispettare queste ultime; ovvero (b) qualsivoglia mancanza nella fornitura della quantità prevista. Qualora il Fornitore non sollevi alcuna obiezione ovvero non comunichi all’Acquirente la propria impossibilità a rispettare la Previsione entro il termine di cui sopra, la Previsione si considererà accettata da parte del Fornitore. Il Fornitore rivedrà le proprie tempistiche di avvio della produzione e il proprio piano relativo ai materiali sulla base di modifiche settimanali alla Previsione, al fine di ridurre al minimo qualsivoglia possibile responsabilità in capo all'Acquirente, se del caso. Qualora il Fornitore non rispetti i propri obblighi relativi alla Previsione accettata, l’Acquirente avrà la facoltà di ottenere dal Fornitore il rimborso di qualsivoglia costo aggiuntivo sostenuto nel reperire sul mercato articoli simili ai Beni, ivi compresi, senza che ciò costituisca una limitazione, il prezzo di acquisto di tali articoli, le spese di trasporto e dei servizi logistici, i costi per il controllo qualità e qualsivoglia altro danno accessorio e relativa spesa.
