Source text - English The solid deep bed trailer has a heavy duty single axle (190 cm track) with large wide wheels to avoid deep tracks. The relatively low height of the platform (approx. 65 cm) enables workers to get on and off the trailer easily, but also allows easy handling of the boxes. The standard length of the platform is 8 cm and can be produced in various lengths. A standard platform has a tear-plate floor.
The heavy duty harvesting belt comes in desired lengths from 7m, up to 11m, and is 40cm wide. It is capable of transporting heavy loads such as big cabbages, water melons, etc. the heavy duty belt is made from soft fiberglass bars (i.e. a sieve belt) and comes equipped with flights in stainless steel or rubber. Belts with lengths from 8m and up, the belt is made foldable for better road transportation. The foldable part is made of aluminum, which allows easy folding by hand. The belt hydraulically powered, and adjustable in speed. A sensor at the unloading end of the belt will stop the belt, in case a crop has not been taken off. All hydraulic functions are electronically controlled.
A multifunctional support carries the heavy duty harvesting belt, which is fitted on one side of the trailer. It has a hydraulic lift to raise or lower the belt and a cylinder is installed to level the belt. Furthermore, the support can be moved along the side of the trailer by a rail to move the harvesting belt. The belt can swing to either road position for transport or to field position when in the field.

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is a single regulation issued to establish uniform policies and procedures for the procurement activities of all executive agencies. The FAR applies to all Federal acquisitions, which occur when the Government uses funds to contract for the purchase (or lease) of supplies or services (including construction). Consequently, the FAR applies to many FSD contracts.

The individual executive agencies are authorized to circulate supplemental acquisition regulations, commonly referred to as FAR Supplements that can also be found in Title 48 of the CFR. Without compare, the most voluminous and most frequently referenced part of the FAR is Part 52 (48 CFR Part 52—Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses). Part 52 contains is a compendium of all of the specific clauses to be included in Federal contracts. It includes a matrix that specifies the clauses applicable to each principal contract type and purpose. Part 52 provides guidance to the Government’s Contracting Officer on what clauses must be included in a specific contract, when modification to the clauses is acceptable, and the extent of modification permitted.

This contract will be done with quality combines, and handled completely through AA.
BB to give AA 15 days and 7 days notice of crop readiness and expected harvest start date. AA commits to begin timely harvesting on a best efforts basis. AA commits to ensuring that it has allowed reasonable time for harvesting in a timely manner to its customers but cannot be held resposible for unusual weather or force majeure. Grain destinations to be communicated to AA as soon as possible but latest 15 days prior harvest.
Invoices to be submitted at the harvest completion of each farm or weekly which ever sooner. Payment is at sight.
Price quotes in UAH are basis a US$ exchange rate of UAH 8.0 per US$. In the event of a depreciation of the UAH versus the US$ of more than 10% AA reserve the right to review these prices in consultation with BB.
It is the intention of BB that the grain produced at XX is to be stored at AA’s facility at YY and will be subject to a seperate letter of intent. It is hoped that a commitment of a minimum 6000 mt of grain can be agreed.
