Source text - Bulgarian 1. Междуведомствената работната група се сформира като част от дейността по проект “От планиране към ефективно предоставяне на социални услуги в общността за лица с интелектуални увреждания”.
2. Целта на Централната работна група е да осъществява връзката между приоритетите на МТСП, АСП и ДАЗД в политиката за социалните услуги и деинституционализацията и изпълнението на проекта.
3. Работната група ще изготви, в консултация с холандските експерти, необходимия инструментариум за провеждане на реформата в системата на финансиране на социалните услуги, както и ще подпомогне процеса на оптимизиране на планирането, предоставянето и управлението на социални услуги в страната и процеса на деинституционализация.
Translation - English 1. The interdepartmental working group is being established as part of the project activity “From Planning to Effective Delivery of Community Based Social Services for People with Intellectual Disabilities”.
2. The aim of the Central Working Group is to maintain connection between the priorities in the social services policy of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP), the Social Assistance Agency (SAA) and the State Agency for Child Protection (SACP), and the deinstutionalization and the execution of the project.
3. The working group will, consulting the Dutch experts, prepare the necessary instruments for carrying out the reform in the social services funding system. It will also facilitate the optimization process in planning, delivery and management of social services in the country, as well as the process of deinstitutionalization.
