I started my own business as a freelance translator in June 2010, after several years of language and translation studies. My studies, combined with longer stays abroad in the USA and Germany, have given me high competence in the languages I work with. The name of my company is Lingo Link and I offer translation services from English and German to Swedish as well as proofreading.
I have five years professional experience as a nurse assistant and a few years as an administrator at a software company. Naturally, I started my career as a translator within these areas of knowledge. I have since then broaden my specialization to include also automotive and IT texts.
I specialize in medical, technical, automotive and IT texts. I have a professional network with two colleagues where we proof read each other's work, which increases the quality of the translations even more.
