Source text - Romanian Sunt pe deplin aplicabile dispoziţiile HG 460/2009 pentru atribuirea competenţei Ministerului Comunicaţiilor şi Societăţii Informaţionale de a desfăşura procedura de licitaţie deschisă, licitaţie restrânsă sau negociere cu publicare prealabilă a unui anunţ de participare, după caz, în vederea încheierii unui acord-cadru ce are ca obiect achiziţia dreptului de utilizare de produse software prin închiriere cu opţiune de cumpărare, în sensul că produsele software prevăzute în anexa 2 a actului normativ dispun de licenţă asigurată Ministerului Justiţiei de MCSI.
Translation - English The provisions of GD 460/2009 are fully applicable for conferring jurisdiction to the Ministry of Communications and Informational Society of conducting the public tender procedure, restricted tender or the negotiation with prior publication of a participation notice, as appropriate, in the view of concluding a framework agreement whose object is to purchase the right to use the software products through lease-purchase, meaning that the software products listed in the Annex 2 of the governmental decree have license provided to the Ministry of Justice by the Ministry of Communications and Informational Society.

Source text - Romanian Prezentul studiu de fezabilitate este elaborat în vederea finanţării lucrărilor pentru realizarea unei microhidrocentrale în care sa fie valorificat potentialul hidroenergetic disponibil pe conducta de alimentare cu apă a oraşului Hunedoara. Pe baza datelor puse la dispozitie de beneficiar si a constatarilor din teren, se propune o solutie de amenajare corelata functional sub aspect hidrotehnic cu lucrarile existente in zona si analiza posibilitatilor de cooperare cu alte lucrari hidrotehnice sau hidroedilitare existente sau prevazute a se executa in viitor.
Amenajarea microhidrocentralei va respecta încadrarea în schema directoare de amenajare si management a aducţiunii, precum si corelarea funcţională sub aspect hidrotehnic cu planul tehnologic de exploatare pentru asigurarea debitelor de apă la staţia de tratare Sânpetru Hunedoara
Translation - English This feasibility study is prepared in order to finance the works for the achievement of a micro-hydro-power plant which should harness the hydro-power potential available on the water supply pipe-line of the Hunedoara city. Based on data provided by the beneficiary and the findings in the field, it is proposed an arrangement solution that is functionally correlated from the hydro-technical point of view with the existing works in the area and an analysis of the possibilities of co-operation with other existing hydro-technical or hydro-urbanistic works or those planned to be carried out in the future.
The arrangement of the Teliuc Micro-hydro-Electric Power Plant will comply with the guiding scheme of arrangement and management of the adduction, as well as with the functional correlation in the hydro-technical terms with the technological operating plan for ensuring the water flows to the Water Treatment Plant of Sânpetru, Hunedoara.
