Bio
Throughout my 25 years career as a certified Senior English<>Arabic Translator and Proofreader, I have provided services to many respectable translation entities worldwide, like yours. Such as CI Capital Research (CIB Group Member), ArabEasy, Ideal Lingua, Global Speak, LionBridge, Diamond Legal Translation Company (DLT), Gulf Center for Strategic Studies, El-Waqea El-Arabia Newspaper, etc. where I perform in all translation fields, of which, Legal, Economic, Financial, Agriculture, Tourism, Patent, Technical, Information Technology, E-Commerce, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Political, Press, Education, Religious, Media, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, etc...
On a full-time basis, I worked as a Translator and Assistant Analyst (Financial and Economic) in CI Capital Research (a CIB group member) (2006-2013), where I initiated and designed the format of all the Arabic products of the company (Arabic platform), such as the Arabic Daily Notes which in part translated from CICR's English Daily Notes, and the other part from English websites in addition to collecting news from Arabic sources. As an Assistant Financial Analyst, performing some tasks assisting our valuable analysts doing their research reports, such as collecting data from websites and processing Excel files, formatting the products using DTP software, etc... Also, I worked as the Head of the Translation Team in Gold & Jewelry Magazine (2005 - 2006).
Being self-motivated, I decided to develop my work as a freelancer to gain more experience in the freelancing market and to perform in various domains, which enhanced my timeliness to meet the freelancing jobs' tight deadlines without compromising the quality, so that I have performed tons of words in the most, if not all, of the translation, besides the skills pertaining to the full-time employee. In addition to using the various CAT tools, such as SDL Trados and MemoQ, and excellent skills in using Adobe Creative Suite, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects, I have got Data Analysis Professional Certificate and Advanced User Experience Design Certificate from UDACITY sponsored by the Egyptian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, which support my linguistic and technical knowledge and my main passion to Translation.
