Source text - Portuguese Em atenção a vossa solicitação e dentro dos termos do Contrato de Prestação de Serviços firmado entre as partes, segue PARECER JURIDICO, relativo às possibilidades de êxito judicial, na demanda concernente ao Item 01, do Auto de Infração nº 0000/01-0, lavrado por preposto da Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado da Bahia, para exigir ICMS no valor de R$2.000,00 (histórico) relativo à falta de recolhimento do tributo, nos exercícios 2004 e 2006. Diferença apurada mediante levantamento quantitativo de Estoque.
Translation - English In response to your request, and following the terms of our Service Rendering Contract signed by both parties, here is our LEGAL OPINION regarding the possibilities of a successful judicial outcome concerning the demand in Item 01, of Infraction Record number 0000/01-0, drawn up by an agent from the Treasury Department of the State of Bahia to demand the ICMS (Service Rendering and Product Circulation Tax) in the value of R$2,000.00 (reported), which concerns the non-collection of due tax for the years of 2004 and 2006. The divergence was checked by means of a quantitative survey of Stock of Goods.
