"The trainer was a very nice person but she could have been more efficient with her time. She started 10 minutes late and ended an hour later than it was scheduled for. She had to rush at the end and we could not finish the program as we could not hear her. She did posess the knowledge to teach but she just needs to practice more to be a better trainier. She also promised that we can get access to a second session so that we can finish the training properly. I hope that this happens."

... I had the impression that she was not really prepared for this session and saw some of the product’s feature for the first time. That was my impression, I may be wrong. There were multiple technical issues but this is not what I am talking about. I appreciate Claudia apologized for the problems and is going to provide a video (hopefully) to cover stuff that went wrong during the session.
