All my clients, old and new, contact me by email (even visitors of my website) and this is really how I prefer being contacted. I haven’t received a single phone call from a client for a long time and I have never been a heavy user of Instant Messaging.
Occasional calls, but mostly email. I would say more than 99%. | | | Nikolay Novitskiy Russian Federation Local time: 16:34 Member (2018) English to Russian
I wonder, if anyone gets new offers from clients by fax now? It's allways such an intrigue when you are getting a fax. And you never miss it... I mean the sound.

Maybe I'm an old-fashioned guy Agreed. I'm also a big stickler for using email for the benefit of having a record. In fact, if I have a phone call or any other communication, I always send a follow-up email as a record and to make sure that what I said is what they heard and vice versa. | | | neilmac Spain Local time: 13:34 Spanish to English + ...
I don't usually answer phone calls from unknown numbers/contacts. I much prefer communicating by e-mail, as it gives me time to think about my responses.
