After all the fuss surrounding GDPR, and all the work it brought about, it’s good to know it’s in force but I should say that its presence is almost unnoticed.

I have always taken security and data protection seriously, so clients' data is safe with me.
Probably I should delete some data about clients I have not heard from for years... but most obsolete material is cleared out every time I buy a new computer.
I did start working out a policy, but never found the time to formulate it officially in GDPR terminology. I had a furious discussion with my sister about my attitude a couple of years ago, but I still think that in pract... See more

And it has actually meant many good jobs. I lost count of how many Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies I have translated for European clients since it was amended.
