2. Open DNS(Start > Programs > Administrative Tools). 3. In the DNS console, expand the local name server. 4. Right-click Forward Lookup Zones, click New Zone, and then click Next. 5. On the Zone type page, select Secondary zone, and then click Next. 6. On the Zone Name page, enter the fully qualified domain name of the perimeter network, and then click Next. 7. Enter the IP address for the perimeter domain controller, and then click Next. 8. Click Finish to complete the wizard, and then restart the DNS server. 9. Repeat this procedure for the perimeter domain controller.

English to Russian: principle of opearation of hydrocyclones
Source text - English PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
The heavy medium cyclone may be used to treat coal in a size range of 0.5mm to 40mm. However, in modern coal preparation practice it is more common to see a top size of 13mm or 25mm, as large particulate can cause unacceptable wear to the cyclone liners. Moreover, where there is a significant percentage content of fine particulate, it is common to limit the lower size to 1mm, so as to reduce operating problems associated with pulp viscosity.
The raw coal to be treated is suspended in a very fine magnetite medium. In practice, the particle size distribution of the magnetite will depend on the contaminants in the coal and the stability of the medium, but typically it will comprise 60-65% particles of a size less than 44 micron and contain not less than 95% magnetics.
The pulp comprising raw coal, magnetite and water is fed by pump or gravity in to the inlet orifice of the cyclone. The pulp passes into the cylindrical section of the cyclone and down into the cone shaped section where separation is made by the action of centrifugal and centripetal forces. Centrifugal force is generated by converting the delivery head of slurry at the inlet volute into a spiralling passage through the cyclone. The discard portion of the raw coal leaves the cyclone at the apex opening (spigot discharge) and the clean coal leaves at the overflow top orifice via the vortex finder which is ranged centrally in the cylindrical section. The pressure at which the pulp is introduced in to the cyclone is the principal means of controlling the forces within the cyclone. The capacity decreases with decreases in pressure, the relation between the two being an almost straight line. With a decrease in pressure, other variables remain constant, more coal will report to the discard and consequently the efficiency of separation is impaired.
When explaining the general underlying principles of the cyclone, it is said that gravitational acceleration is replaced by a centrifugal acceleration. This centrifugal acceleration is much greater than the gravitational acceleration, and therefore the centrifugal force is much larger than the gravitational force. In the average cyclone the centrifugal force acting on any particle in the inlet region is about 20 times greater than the gravitational force in a static bath separator used for separating large coal. In the conical section of the cyclone, the tangential velocity is further increased and at the apex it is over 200 times greater than gravity.

При этом большее количество угля будет уходить в тяжелую фракцию, а эффективность сепарации понижаться.
Для объяснения принципа работы гидроциклона можно сказать, что центробежное ускорение в нем заменяет ускорение свободного падения. Центробежное ускорение намного больше ускорения свободного падения и, следовательно, центробежная сила намного превышает силу тяжести. В среднестатистическом гидроциклоне центробежная сила, действующая на частицу на входе приблизительно в 20 раз больше, чем сила тяжести в ванне гравитационного сепаратора применяемом для сепарации крупнокускового угля. В конической части гидроциклона тангенциальная скорость в дальнейшем увеличивается и на выходе превышает силу тяжести приблизительно в 200 раз.
English to Russian: electrical motors
Source text - English The motors are equipped with 3 temperature detectors (PTC thermistor DIN 44081 -....). These temperature detectors are to be connected to a tripping unit certified by a Notified Body. The tripping unit is not protected against explosions and must therefore be installed outside of the hazardous area. The mark of conformity serves merely to confirm the adherence to the electrical data at the interface between the temperature detector circuit and the tripping device and to allow the application of both the tripping device with mark of conformity and the PTC contacts according to DIN 44081 for the thermal control of flame-proof electric machines.
The space heaters are mounted to the terminals 30 - 31 (230V) or 32 - 33 (110V). Motors with space heaters are marked with an additional label indicating the nominal data of the heating system.
The electric control unit must guarantee that the motor and the heater aren't under voltage simultaneously.
Take particular care over the connection of the cable cores to the terminal board. The insulation of the cable cores should be close to the terminal, all wires of the flexible cores must be clamped to the terminal. The tightening torque of the connections on the terminal board must not exceed 7, 5 Nm.
Pay special attention to the installation instructions when carrying out the explosion protection of the EExd terminal box («flame-proof enclosure«) and check if the cable gland has the adequate explosion protection and ATEX certification.
Translation - Russian Двигатели оборудованы тремя температурными датчиками (термистор с положительным ТКС DIN 44081 - …). Данные датчики необходимо подключить к автомату защиты, аттестованному зарегистрированным органом. Автомат защиты не является взрывозащищенным устройством и в связи с этим должен быть установлен вне опасной зоны. Знак соответствия подтверждает, что в месте соединения цепи датчика температуры и автомата защиты соблюдаются необходимые электрические параметры, что позволяет применять как автомат защиты со знаком соответствия, так и контакты с положительным ТКС для термоконтроля взрывозащищенных электрических установок согласно стандарту DIN 44081.
Нагревательные приборы подключаются к клеммам 30 - 31 (230V) или 32 - 33 (110V). Электродвигатели с нагревательными приборами маркируются дополнительным ярлыком с указанием номинальных параметров нагревательной системы.
Блок управления электрической частью должен обеспечивать раздельное подключение электродвигателя и нагревателя.
Необходимо особенно внимательно относиться к подключению жил кабеля к соединительному щитку. Изоляция жил кабеля не должна находиться далеко от клеммы, при этом все провода гибких жил должны быть обжаты в клемму. Усилие затяжки разъемов на соединительном щитке не должно превышать 7,5 Нм.
При установке взрывозащиты клеммной колодки EExd (взрывозащищенный корпус) особое внимание необходимо уделять инструкциям по монтажу, проверять, имеется ли соответствующая взрывозащита на уплотнении кабеля, а также наличие аттестации ATEX.
