10.1 This Agreement may be terminated where one, or more, of the following events occurs: (i) upon the parties’ mutual written consent to terminate this Agreement, or; (ii) by either party if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, has a trustee or receiver appointed for it, becomes the subject of any voluntary or involuntary insolvency or dissolution, bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding, which, in the case of any involuntary proceeding, is not dismissed within sixty (60) days’ after it is commenced, is unable to pay its debts as they fall due, or discontinues its business, (iii) by either party if the other party shall breach or fail to perform any of its material obligations, duties or undertakings hereunder , and if such breach or default is not cured within ten (10) days’ following the date that such breaching party first receives written notice of such breach or default from the non-breaching party, (iv) by either party in the event that it becomes unlawful or impossible for Company to license, maintain or use the System as contemplated by this Agreement, and (v) if, in the reasonable opinion of Company, it is no longer desirable or prudent for this Agreement to remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Upon termination of this Agreement for whatever reason Client’s right of usage under this Agreement shall terminate, Client shall cease to use the System and shall forthwith return to Company all documentation provided therewith and any and all Confidential Information then in its possession (including any copies and derivations thereof) and shall cease to use any of Company’s Intellectual Property, trade secrets and technical know-how. All of the rights granted to Client hereunder shall terminate and all rights shall revert to Company without the taking of any action on the part of either party.
10.3 Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason, the provisions relating to Confidential Information shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of two (2) years. The following Sections shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement: 2-10 and 11.
Translation - Russian 10. СРОКИ И ПРЕКРАЩЕНИЕ ДЕЙСТВИЯ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ
10.1 Настоящее Соглашение может быть расторгнуто в следующих случаях: (i) по письменному согласию обеих сторон; (ii) одной из сторон в случае потери платежеспособности другой стороны, передачи доверенному лицу права собственности на ее имущество в пользу кредиторов, добровольного или принудительного признания другой стороной банкротства, ликвидации компании или последующей ее реорганизации, при отсутствии в случае принудительной ликвидации апелляции в течение 60 (шестидесяти) дней после объявления ее банкротом, в случае прекращении деловой деятельности, (iii) одной из сторон при невыполнении другой стороной обязательств по данному Соглашению, если в течение 10 (десяти) дней после получения письменного замечания о нарушении какого-либо положения настоящего Соглашения этой стороной не будут приняты корректирующие меры, (iv) одной из сторон в случае совершения ею противозаконных действий или невозможности Компании обеспечить лицензирование и использование Системы в соответствие с положениями настоящего Соглашения, (v) если по обоснованному мнению компании нежелательно или нецелесообразно исполнение настоящего Соглашения в полном объеме.
10.2 По прекращении действия настоящего Соглашения, независимо от причины потери Клиентом права на использование, Клиент обязан прекратить использование Системы и незамедлительно вернуть Компании всю поставляемую с Системой документацию и Конфиденциальную информацию, являющуюся собственностью другой стороны (включая все сделанные копии), а также прекратить использование Интеллектуальной собственности Компании, ее коммерческих тайн и технического ноу-хау. Все права, предоставленные Клиенту настоящим Соглашением, возвращаются Компании без каких-либо действий с обеих сторон.
10.3 По прекращении действия Соглашения, независимо от его причины, положения, касающиеся Конфиденциальной информации, остаются в силе в течение 2 (двух) лет. По прекращении или окончании действия настоящего Соглашения признаются действительными в полном объеме следующие его Разделы: 2-10, 11.

4.1 General methodology
Figure 1 shows the general design methodology for total dose calculation and unit (and parts) shielding definition.
Computed total deposited doses are compared to «design doses».
These design doses are defined, for each active part, as currently allowable doses taking into account part radiation sensitivity (test reports) and are to be taken into account for the Worst Case Analysis (WCA).
The WCA is performed in order to verify that active parts and electrical functions operate under conditions ensuring required performances over the lifetime.
Other main inputs for this WCA are:
- Radiation effects on active parts at design dose level
- Part aging and drifts
- Temperature design limits
The aim of the deposited dose analysis is to meet design doses criteria. If a critical part is identified, its dose is reduced using one of the following corrective actions:
- Location and orientation of the part in the 6/4 GHz Receiver.
- direct replacement of parts from STANDARD REPEATER parts list
- circuit redesign
- use of radiation hardened parts
- Addition of shielding mass.
In any case, the deposited dose analysis is confirmed by the WCA taking into account design doses used as limits for the unit design.

4.1 Общая методика
На рис. 1 схематично показана общая методика оценки суммарной поглощенной дозы с последующим подбором защиты оборудования.
Вычисленные значения суммарной поглощенной дозы сравниваются с проектными.
Проектные значения определяются для каждого активного элемента как допустимые на данный момент с учетом радиационной чувствительности элемента (по данным испытаний) и участвуют в анализе наихудшего случая (WCA).
Анализ наихудшего случая проводится с тем, чтобы обеспечить работоспособность активных элементов и электрических цепей с требуемыми характеристиками в заданных условиях в течение срока эксплуатации.
К другим определяющим факторам при анализе наихудшего случая относятся:
- радиационное воздействие на активные элементы при проектной мощности излучения
- износ и смещение элементов
- расчетные температурные пределы
Оценка поглощенной дозы проводится на предмет соответствия ее проектным условиям. При выявлении критического узла доза поглощаемой им радиации снижается за счет соответствующего корректирующего воздействия, к которым относятся:
- изменение места установки или ориентации элемента в приемном устройстве
- непосредственная замена элемента другим из комплектовочной ведомости стандартного ретранслятора
- перекомпоновка микросхемы
- использование радиационно-стойких элементов
- установка радиационной защиты.
Оценка поглощенной дозы в любом случае подкрепляется данными анализа наихудшего случая с использованием значений проектных доз в качестве предельных при проектировании аппарата.

Source text - English PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES ON THE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE MACHINE
The machine must be installed, operated, serviced, repaired and adjusted in accordance with the instructions described in the manual supplied with the machine. Maintain the machine integral, tidy and clean, focusing in particular on safety, signaling and control devices.
All maintenance operations must be performed when the machine is stationary, after checking that it has been disconnected from electric, pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical sources. Our Technical Assistance Service is always available to supply further advice.
NOTE: Cutting off the pneumatic pressure and electric and/or hydraulic supplies, although being safest to service the machine, does not remove all the risks that could be posed by residual pneumatic pressure in some parts of the equipment. In addition, some loads might be unsteady so that they can be slowly or suddenly displaced by gravity. It is therefore essential that those who work inside the machine for maintenance or any other purpose be familiar with the operation of the machine and aware of such residual risks.
- Service the machine at the intervals and in the ways specified in the repair and maintenance manual; these operations must be left to experienced and skilled people or trained people under the guidance and supervision of experienced and skilled people. Use the special equipment provided for the maintenance, repair and replacement of worn-out pieces. When replacing a component of the machine, use original spare parts only, as shown in the exploded diagrams and in the part lists supplied with the machine.
- In order to maintain the healthiness of the work environment and avoid the risk of fires, it is advisable to frequently clean the machine. This operation must be carried out by skilled staff using appropriate suction systems and suitable personal protective equipments. English to Russian: Lavatory Service Truck
Source text - English The *** Lavatory Service Truck, Model SLV-350-PL, is a truck based aircraft service vehicle designed for servicing both narrow bodied and wide bodied commercial aircraft.
The function of the truck is to remove lavatory waste from an aircraft and re supply the aircraft lavatory system with flush water. The unit consists of a commercial truck chassis with custom-designed flush water and waste tanks and water dispensing/waste removal systems.
On this unit, a ***-designed hydraulic system provides the power for pumping the flush water from the truck water tank up into the aircraft as follows: the hydraulic pump is directly driven by a PTO mounted to the truck’s transmission. The hydraulic pump then drives a hydraulic motor (in the rear compartment) which drives the water pump (also in rear compartment), thus supplying flush water/sanitizing chemical to the aircraft. The hydraulic pump also provides hydraulic power to raise the pedestal lift located at the rear of the truck. This lift raises to provide easy operator access to aircraft service panels. Since the hydraulic pump is PTO driven, the truck engine must be running in order to operate the lift or to pump flush water/degerm chemicals.
The waste removal system is simple because the aircraft waste is drained by gravity through a waste hose directly into the waste tank on the truck. An actuator controlled valve beneath the waste tank releases the tank contents into the facility waste disposal system. The switches to control the actuator are located at the rear of the unit. A vacuum powered waste pump is supplied for pumping waste from small commuter aircraft.
