* wenn beim Kopieren oder beim Versenden eines Blattes zwei Seiten ausgedruckt oder beim Empfänger zwei Seiten empfangen werden.
Öffnen Sie das Gerät und die Scannerabdeckung, indem Sie die Laschen (A) nach innen drücken (siehe Bedienungsanleitung unter Tipps & Tricks / Reinigung). Reinigen Sie die Einzugswalze (B) und das Gegenstück aus Gummi auf der Unterseite (C) mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch, das mit Reinigungsalkohol (96 Prozent) befeuchtet ist. Drehen Sie die Einzugswalze mit leichtem Druck nach oben. Sie müssen den gesamten Umfang der Walze reinigen.
Mit einem Fax-Cleaner: Legen Sie das Fax-Cleaner-Blatt in den Dokumenteneinzug, und warten Sie, bis das Blatt eingezogen wird. Drücken Sie STOP. Das Blatt wird ausgeworfen. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang mindestens einmal. Den Fax-Cleaner erhalten Sie über unser Call-Center (siehe Tipps & Tricks / Bestellservice).

Otevřete přístroj a kryt skeneru – zatlačte na svorky (A) směrem dovnitř (viz návod k obsluze, kapitola Tipy a triky / Čištění). Pomocí jemné, nelínající látky navlhčené v čisticím lihu (96%) očistěte vstupní válec (B) a gumový protikus na spodní straně (C). Mírným tlakem otáčejte válcem směrem nahoru. Válec je nutné očistit po celém obvodu.
Pomocí listu Fax-Cleaner: Do podavače dokumentů vložte list Fax-Cleaner a počkejte, až dojde k jeho zavedení. Stiskněte STOP. List se vysune ven. Proveďte tento postup ještě minimálně jednou. Čisticí sadu Fax-Cleaner můžete získat na naší telefonické lince (viz Tipy a triky / Objednávková služba).
