erkennt das Amtsgericht Hamburg, Abteilung 282,
durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht Walz
aufgrund der am 18.7.2006 geschlossenen mundlichen Verhandlung
fur Recht:
Die am 8.5.2003 vor dem Standesbeamten in Lubeck geschlossene Ehe der Parteien
wird geschieden.
Ein Versorgungsausgleich findet nicht statt.
Die Vereinbarung der Parteien ueber den Versorgungsausgleich wird genehmigt.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
Auf Tatbestand und Entscheidungsgruende - soweit sie die Scheidung betreffen -
und auf Rechtsmittel gegen dieses Urteil haben die Parteien verzichtet
(§313a ZPO).
Der Versorgungsausgleich ist nicht durchzufuhren, weil die Parteien darueber
eine nach § 1587 0 -BGB genehmigte Vereinbarung getroffen haben.
Die Entscheidung Uber die Kosten des Verfahrens folgt aus § 93 a ZPo.
Die beide anwaltlich vertretenen Parteien haben nach Verkundung des
vorstehenden Urteils zu gerichtlichem Protokoll die nachfolgende Erklarung
abgegeben:
"Die Parteien verzichten auf Rechtsmittel, Anschlussrechtsmittel und
Rechte aus § 629 c ZPO . "
Es wird festgestellt, dass das Urteil vom heutigen Tage somit im
Scheidungsausspruch rechtskraftig ist.

the district court of Hamburg, division 282, acknowledges
on the grounds of the legal hearing concluded on 18th July 2006 by the judge at the district court in Walz:
The marriage between the parties, taken place before the registrar in Lübeck on 8th May 2003, is dissolved.
No pension rights adjustments will take place.
The agreement between the parties regarding the pension rights adjustment has been approved.
Each party shall bear its own costs.
The parties have waived their rights to have the facts of the case and the reason for the decision restated in this divorce decree (§313a ZPO).
The pension rights adjustment will not be carried out because the parties have reached an approved agreement according to § 1587 o BGB.
The decision regarding the costs of the proceeding follows § 93 a ZPO.
Following the promulgation of the aforesaid decree, the two legally represented parties have issued the statement hereunder:
“The parties waive their rights to appeal, counter-appeal and rights from § 629 c ZPO.”
It is declared that today’s decree of pronouncement of divorce is final.

Bio
As you will see from the attached CV, I have a degree in Modern Languages (German and Russian) and have spent my career so far working in industry, in particular the electronics and logistics sectors, using my German skills.
I have recently decided to embark on a new career as a translator and proofreader. I have taken and passed the IOL postgraduate Diploma in Translation. I have also taken a course in proofreading in order to strengthen my skills.
Because I have not used my Russian for a long time, I recently took a one-one refresher course, so that I am also able to offer translations in this language.
I believe that my years working in industry have given me invaluable experience of and insight into the sectors of electronics and logistics (in particular the petrochemicals industry), in addition to the world of business in general, giving me an in-depth understanding of these areas in English as well as German which I can employ in specialised translations.
