8. Prohibicions
L’Empresa no descompilarà el software ni li aplicarà l’enginyeria inversa. Realitzarà tot esforç comercial raonable per evitar qualsevol cavall de Troia. No distribuirà cap còpia o reproducció del software, d’acord amb l’Apartat 67 de la Llei de Propietat Intel•lectual.
9. Separabilitat
Cadascuna de les disposicions d’aquest Contracte o part d’aquestes disposicions, és separable.
10. Llei Aplicable i Jurisdicció
Aquest Contracte s’interpreta i es regeix per les lleis d’Espanya, sense considerar els conflictes de principis legals. Qualsevol disputa que pogués sorgir arrel d’això, se sotmetria als Jutjats de Barcelona (...). Les Parts compliran la decisió del jutjat o, si fos el cas, la decisió de l’àrbitre.
COM A TESTIMONI D’AIXÒ, les Parts han executat aquest Contracte a la data indicada més amunt.

Source text - French Le présent contrat est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois reconductible tacitement pour la même durée, sauf dénonciation par l’une des parties par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception dans un délai de 80 jours avant la date de fin de contrat.
« Le Prestataire » se réserve le droit de résilier, sans préavis ni autre formalité et sans indemnité, le contrat de tout « Abonné » qui aurait manqué à l’une de ses obligations contractuelles, et notamment en cas d’incident de paiement, ou qui se serait notamment livré à des actes dommageables au bon fonctionnement du réseau Internet et/ou contraires aux bonnes mœurs, ou plus généralement aux règles légales et d’ordre public.
Dans le cas où le présent contrat viendrait à prendre fin pour quelque raison que ce soit, « l’Abonné » devra :
certifier au « Prestataire » par écrit et dans un délai de 15 jours qu’il a cessé immédiatement toute utilisation du « XXX » et des résultats obtenus grâce à lui,
restituer tout document sur le support d’origine qui lui aurait été remis dans le cadre de l’exécution des présentes au « Prestataire » dans un délai 15 jours à compter de la cessation du contrat,
garantir que toutes les sauvegardes se rapportant aux éléments susmentionnés ont été rendues au « Prestataire », effacées ou détruites.
Translation - Catalan El present contracte es concerta per un període de 12 mesos, prorrogable tàcitament per un altre període igual, excepte en cas de denúncia per una de les parts mitjançant carta certificada amb avís de recepció en el termini de 80 dies abans de la data de finalització del contracte.
El “Prestador” es reserva el dret de rescindir, sense previ avís ni altres formalitats i sense indemnització, el contracte de tots aquells “Abonats” que hagin faltat a una de les seves obligacions contractuals, i especialment en cas d’incidència de pagament o d’incursió en actes perjudicials per al bon funcionament de la xarxa Internet i/o contraris als bons costums, o més generalment a les normes legals i d’ordre públic.
En el cas de finalització del present contracte pel motiu que sigui, l’“Abonat” haurà de:
comunicar por escrit al “Prestador” i en un termini de 15 dies, que ha cessat immediatament tota utilització del “XXX” i dels resultats obtinguts gràcies a ell.
restituir tots els documents en el suport original en que li varen ser entregats dins del marc d’execució del present contracte, al “Prestador”, en un termini de 15 dies a partir de la data de cessació del contracte,

What’s the difference between a feature and a benefit?
_ Feature = a characteristic of your products/service
_ Benefit = the advantage that it brings to the customer
For example, one feature of a car might be the inclusion of airbags, the benefit of this feature being, the enhancement of passenger safety. At the end of the day, customers aren’t simply buying a product/service, they’re buying the benefits offered by that product/service. When you emphasise benefits, you appeal directly to the customer’s personal and business motives. So, if you want to gain real competitive advantage, master the skill of presenting your products/services in a way that highlights how they match each customer’s specific requirements.

Por lo tanto, si quieres ganar ventaja competitiva, domina el arte de presentar tus productos/servicios de modo que se resalte cómo encajan con las necesidades concretas de cada cliente.
