A swab from the bronchus was taken. Culture revealed a moderate growth of coliforms and oral flora.
TOXICOLOGY
Blood, urine and vitreous humour were submitted.
The level of alcohol detected in the blood is approximately 2.1 times the drink drive limit (166 mg/100m). The level of beta-hydroxybutyrate in the blood (20mg/l) would not be considered as pathologically significant. No drugs were detected in the blood or urine.
Lungs: There is florid vascular congestion of the alveolar wall, with foci of alveolar haemorrhage. Pigmented macrophages are present within some bronchioles. There is no evidence of pneumonia.
Trachea: There is transmural congestion of the trachea, including the mucosa. Pigmenta macrophages are seen on the lumenal surface. There is no evidence of acute tracheitis. A reactive lymph node is present within the peritracheal soft tissue.
Kidneys: The architecture of glomeruli, tubules and vessels is preserved, with no significant abnormalities identified.

Source text - English Over the last few years alcohol-based hand disinfectants have become widely available within health care, pro¬viding an alternative means of achieving good hand decontamination. In the hospital setting their advantage over soap and water is that they can be applied in tran¬sit to the next patient or task and therefore may help improve compliance with hand decontamination. Within the community setting they provide a suitable alterna¬tive to handwashing, particularly where there may be inadequate handwashing facilities. This article considers some issues around their use, namely indications for use, efficacy, and potential for skin damage.
It is well known that hand hygiene is a crucial factor in the control of health care-acquired infections (HCAIs) (Pratt et al, 2001). This is because hands may readily become contaminated with transient micro-organisms during the delivery of health care. Transient flora such as Staphylococcus aureus are micro-organisms colonising the superficial outer layers of the skin, and may be readily removed by handwashing (Boyce and Pittet, 2002). Equally, where hand hygiene is poor these micro-organisms may be transmitted from the hands of one patient to another. Hands contaminated by the hospital environment can also contribute to HCAIs (Pratt et al, 2001).

The owned or hired by your company was selected for search by the Border Force Officers. The search revealed that two (2) clandestine entrants were concealed in the vehicle. There was no security on the vehicle, the tilt cord provided had not been deployed. The driver did not produce any written instructions carried on the vehicle which described the system to be used to prevent the carriage of clandestine entrants into the United Kingdom. A checklist detailing the checks he had completed after stops had not been carried on the vehicle.
As a result, Mr. XXXX received a penalty of £400 for each of the two (2) clandestine entrants carried, a total penalty of £800 and a penalty of £1,750 was imposed upon ZZZZ for each of the two (2) clandestine entrants carried, a total penalty of £3,500.
