Bio
I grew up in a bilingual context, since I live in Italy and went to a French school in Rome. From my family I learned to have many interests, equally shared between humanistic culture (mainly from my mother, who is a freelance interpreter) and science (from my father, working at the National Research Council).
After getting my French Baccalauréat it took me a wile to decide which side I preferred. I tried to improve my scientific knowledge, which was very interesting but didn't involve enough the foreign languages, so I choose Economics for Tourism that could help me working in a multilingual organization.
In 2001 I took my first translation job for a Religious Congregation and finally knew what I really wanted to do. After 8 years I still work as a freelance for this Congregation and sometimes for other outsourcers in different domains, from business letters and newspaper articles to nutrition programs, from legal communications to non-profit organization's actions.
