I have translated from Dutch to my mother tongue German on a freelance basis since 2008 and gained a lot of experience in translating all kinds of texts and websites for direct clients and translation agencies. 2009 I successfully completed my translation studies at the ITV University of Professional Education in Interpretation and Translation in Utrecht (The Netherlands) and I am a member of the Netherlands Association of Interpreters and Translators NGTV and the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators BDÜ.
Due to my background working as an architect in the Netherlands and in Germany for ten years I am specialized in translating technical documents in the fields of architecture, real estate and structural engineering, machinery and plant engineering, energy industry and renewable energy, software, hardware and automation. Besides, I translate texts from the fields of economics, politics, EU, media and art, tourism, marketing and business correspondence and I translated several books on management and organization.
