Source text - Arabic قبل أن تصوبوا علي أسلحتكم أعزائي محبي الماك وقبل أن تهاجموني بالتعصب؛ اسمعوا رأيي من وجهة نظر شخص لا يؤمن أبدا بمبدأ التعصب لمنتج معين، أنا مؤمن بأمر واحد فقط هو أن أستخدم أي منتج ما دام يوفر لي بيئة عمل جيدة من دون مشاكل ومن دون أي صعوبات.
خلال الشهرين الماضيين حصلت لي فرصة استخدام أحد اجهزة أبل “الجميل” جهاز الماك اير 13 بوصة، وحول استلامي الجهاز كنت أريد أن أعرف بنفسي هل أجهزة اللاب توب التي تطورها أبل تستحق هذا المدح الهائل من قبل مستخدميها؟ هل جهاز الماك سيوفر لي البيئة التي تساعدني على تصفح النت وإنهاء أعمالي؟ هل نظام التشغيل يوفر لي السهولة والبساطة والقوة التي أجدها في ويندوز 7؟
Translation - English I appeal to Mac fans not to censure me prior to considering my viewpoint. In deed, I am not in favor of narrow-mindedness for a certain product. However, I believe in using any product as long as it caters for my requirements smoothly.
During the last two months, I’ve got the opportunity to use the “wonderful” Apple Mac Air, 13 inch. I just wanted to know whether or not Apple-developed laptops deserve all such plaudits from users; will provide me with the environment suitable for surfing the internet and completing my works; or will provide the same ease, simplicity and strength provided by Windows 7.

هذا هو الرجل الذي يخافه العرب. حاكم إمارة صغيرة في الخليج ، قطر، نجح في السنوات الاخيرة في احداث ثورة حقيقية، بكل معنى الكلمة، في قواعد اللعب في العالم العربي. حمد بن خليفة، أمير قطر، المسؤول عن اقامة وادارة شبكة التلفزيون "الجزيرة"، التي تغذي التقلبات الدراماتيكية في الشرق الاوسط، ضمن امور اخرى.
صعد بن خليفة الى الحكم في انقلاب هادئ وأنيق نفذه في 27 حزيران 1995. بينما كان والده الامير خليفة بن حمد خارج بلاده، احاط بضع عشرات من الضباط المسلحين منازل العائلات الهامة في الدولة، وطلبوا منهم قسم الولاء لابنه، حمد. بعض العائلات القطرية اطاعت، اما التي عارضته فقد وضعت قيد الاقامة الجبرية.
حمد الذي اشتبه بان أباه كان يوشك على جلب أخيه من خارج البلاد كي يحل محله، نفذ الخطوة المضادة بشكل سريع. في خطاب ألقاه لشعبه في التلفزيون شرح حمد بانه لم يكن امامه أي مفر، وأعلن بانه يتوقع انتقالا مرتبا للحكم. وقد عرض كل الحدث على مواطنيه كحل لنزاع عائلي، وليس كهزة سياسية. ولم يتبقَ للاب المطاح به أي خيار.

The Man Who Shook the Thrones of Arab Leaders
Sheikh/ Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, who is feared by Arab Leaders, is the ruler of a small Gulf state, Qatar. During the last few years, he succeeded to make a great real change in the Arab World. Sheikh/ Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani is the founder and manager of Al Jazeera TV Network which covers, among other things, the current dramatic events witnessed by the Middle East region.
In a peaceful coup, Bin Khalifa seized the power on June 27th, 1995 after deposing his father who was vacationing abroad. At that time, few dozens of armed officers besieged the houses of the key families in the State of Qatar, requesting them to give the pledge of allegiance to Sheikh/ Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani. Some families gave the pledge, while others refused and consequently faced house arrest.
Hamad played it the other way around smartly, when he thought that his father was going to bring back his brother from abroad to take over the throne instead of him. In a TV speech to his people, Hamad explained that he had no other choice and announced that he expects an orderly transition of power. He considered the issue as a family dispute resolution rather than a political matter. Similarly, the toppled father had no choice.

Source text - English THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN YOUNG CHILDREN
Healthy social-emotional development in young children correlates with healthy cognitive development and therefore creates a strong foundation for future school achievement. With the current focus on child outcomes and accountability in K-12 education, all aspects of school readiness, including social-emotional health and development should be examined during early care and education policy discussions.

What is Social-Emotional Development?
Social-emotional development is a combination of social development and emotional development. The two tend to be joined together due to emotional development occurring within social constructs.
Social-emotional development refers to a child’s capacity for self-confidence, trust, and empathy as well as the capacity to develop competencies in language usage and cognitive curiosity. Strong social-emotional development is a predictor of later academic, social, and emotional success.
According to the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL), social-emotional development is influenced by three main factors including biology, relationships, and environment. Biology involves the temperament of a young child and other genetic influences. Relationships formed with primary caregivers, family members, and others are the vehicle that drives social-emotional development.2,3 Environmental toxins, abuse, poverty, and community violence are all environmental factors that effect social-emotional development. Simply put, a child’s social-emotional health is affected by a range of different factors.

يرتبط النمو الاجتماعي الوجداني السليم لدى الأطفال بالنمو المعرفي السليم، وبالتالي فإنه يضع أساسًا قويًا لتحقيق نجاح مدرسي مستقبلي. وفي ظل الاهتمام الكبير الحالي بمدى استجابة الطفل ومسؤوليته خلال المرحلة التعليمية K-12، يجب اختبار كافة أوجه الاستعداد المدرسي لدى الطفل بما في ذلك السلامة والنمو الاجتماعي الوجداني خلال فترة الرعاية المبكرة وفي إطار مناقشة السياسة التعليمية.

النمو الاجتماعي الوجداني هو عبارة عن مزيج توافقي بين النمو الاجتماعي والنمو الوجداني. ويميل كلا النوعان إلى الارتباط ببعضهما البعض نظرًا لحدوث النمو الوجداني ضمن القواعد الاجتماعية.
