. Lieferungen erfolgen auf Rechnung und Gefahr des Auftraggebers.
. Eine vereinbarte Lieferfrist beginnt mit dem Tage des Posteingangs der vom Auftraggeber erteilten endgültigen Druck- und Anfertigungsgenehmigung.
. Bei nachträglicher Auftragsänderung sind wir an die ursprünglich bestätigte Lieferfrist nicht mehr gebunden. Ggfs. wird eine geänderte Lieferfrist bestätigt.
. Liefer- und Leistungsverzögerungen aufgrund höherer Gewalt und aufgrund von Ereignissen, die uns die Lieferung wesentlich erschweren oder unmöglich machen - hierzu gehören auch nachträglich eingetretene Materialbeschaffungsschwierigkeiten, Betriebsstörungen, Streik, Aussperrung, Personalmangel, Mangel an Transportmitteln, behördliche Anordnungen usw. auch wenn sie bei unseren Lieferanten oder deren Unterlieferanten eintreten - haben wir auch bei verbindlich vereinbarten Fristen und Terminen nicht zu vertreten. Sie berechtigen uns, die Lieferung bzw. Leistung um die Dauer der Behinderung zuzüglich einer angemessenen Anlaufzeit hinauszuschieben oder wegen des noch nicht erfüllten Teiles ganz oder teilweise vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.
. Bei nicht fristgemäßer Lieferung durch uns kann der Auftraggeber nur dann vom Vertrag zurücktreten, wenn er zuvor durch eingeschriebenen Brief eine Nachfrist gesetzt hat. Die Geltendmachung von Schadensersatzansprüchen wegen nicht fristgemäßer Lieferung ist ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Bestellungen auf Abruf müssen innerhalb von 6 Monaten abgenommen werden. Die nach Ablauf dieser Frist noch nicht abgenommenen Mengen werden nach Ankündigung geliefert und berechnet.
VI. Verpackung und Versand
. Wir haften für ordnungsgemäße und branchenübliche Verpackung und nehmen den Versand mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt vor.

. All deliveries are made at the expense and risk of the customer.
. Any agreed delivery deadline shall take effect from the day on which final approval is received from the customer for printing or manufacture.
. If any subsequent changes are made to the order, we shall hereby be released from our obligation to meet the originally agreed deadline. Where applicable, a new deadline may be agreed.
. Even when a deadline has been contractually agreed, we cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries or delayed services resulting from force majeure and other unforeseeable events which considerably hamper delivery, or make it impossible - such events including subsequent difficulties in the procurement of materials, operational failures, strikes, lockouts, personnel shortages, lack of means of transport, official injunctions etc, whether the aforesaid affect us personally, or affect our suppliers or sub suppliers. In the event of such conditions as detailed above, we retain the right to delay delivery for as long as the impediment in question should last, including a reasonable start-up period, or to withdraw in part or in full from the part of the contract which has not been fulfilled.
. If a delivery is not made by the stipulated deadline, the customer shall hereby only be entitled to withdraw from the contract after setting a period of grace and informing us of such by registered post. We cannot accept any liability claims resulting from late delivery. Blanket orders must be called up within six months. Any units remaining after the end of this period will be delivered and invoiced.
VI. Packaging and shipping
. We accept liability for using appropriate packaging typical for the industry, and for shipping orders with due diligence.
