غزة 2 يوليو/شينخوا/ قال إسماعيل هنية القيادي في حركة حماس ورئيس الوزراء الفلسطيني المقال أن الخروج من الوضع الراهن يتم فقط بالحوار بحيث يتناول تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية على أساس اتفاق مكة المكرمة وإعادة صياغة المؤسسات الأمنية على أسس وطنية. وأشار هنية خلال اتصال هاتفي أجراه مع الرئيس السوداني عمر البشير اليوم /الاثنين/ إلى "تمسكه والحكومة بوحدة الشعب والأرض الفلسطينية. وتابع بيان صادر عن مكتب هنية أن الأخير أوضح للرئيس السوداني الموقف من التطورات الأخيرة على الساحة الفلسطينية، مشيراً إلى أن ما جرى في القطاع خطوة أمنية وليست له أبعاد سياسية وفرضتها التطورات في الميدان. وقال البيان أن هنية "قدم للرئيس السوداني التعازي بوفاة الدكتور المجذوب الخليفة أحمد كبير مستشاري الرئيس السوداني.
وكانت حركة حماس فرضت سيطرتها عسكريا على قطاع غزة بعد ان اقتحمت المقار الأمنية والمؤسسات الرسمية التابعة للسلطة الفلسطينية ورموزها الذين ينتمون لحركة فتح.
وتلا ذلك إعلان الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس عن حل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية وإعلان حالة الطوارئ. ورفضت حماس قرارات عباس الذي يتمتع بعلاقات دولية وعربية واسعة. وأعلن هنية رفضه لهذه القرارات واستمرار عمل حكومته. ويعني هذا الواقع الجديد حتى إشعار أخر إيجاد حكومة في القطاع وأخرى في الضفة.

The movement of Hamas had imposed its control militarily over Gaza Strip after it stormed the security headquarters and the official institutions allied to the Palestinian authority and its symbols who belong to the movement of Fatah. This was followed by the declaration of the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas of the dissolution of the government of national unity and the declaration of a state of emergency. Hamas rejected the decisions of Abbas who enjoys broad Arab and international relationships and Haniya declared his rejection for these decisions and the continuance of the work of his government. This new reality means until further notice the existence of a government in the Strip and another one in the Bank.

تلقيت رسالتك التى تطلب سرعة سداد 15000 دولار ليلة أمس. ونود أن نخبركم بأننا قمنا بعمل تحويل بنكى بكامل المبلغ فى الصباح الباكر. ونحن نعتدر عن هذا التأخير لكنه كان بسبب إجراءات فى البنك. فالبنك الذى نتعامل معه فى مانيلا كان يشهد تغييرات وكن يشهد تغييرات كبيرة واضطر للتوقف عن العمل لمدة يومين لاستبدال شبكة الحاسب الآلى الداخلية بالبنك بأخرى جديدة, وقد استغرق ذلك وقتأً طويلاً لأنهم واجهوا مشكلات لم تكن فى الحسبان. وقد اتصلت بالأستاذ/ مهنا فى الصباح وأخبرته فى الصباح وأخبرته بذلك الأمر، فقبل اعتذارى ووعد بأنه سيشرح الأمر لك. أمل أن تتسلموا المبلغ اليوم أو غداً صباحاً على أقصى تقدير. شكراً جزيلاً لكم.
